Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, has announced the first cycle of the National Energy Efficiency Roadmap for Movement towards Affordable & Natural Habitat (NEERMAN) Awards. These awards aim to recognise, acknowledge, showcase, and encourage exemplary building designs that comply with BEE’s Energy Conservation Building Code 2017 (ECBC 2017) or Eco-Niwas Samhita 2018 (ENS 2018).
The entries will undergo two stages of evaluation before finalising the decision for awards. BEE invites applications from building owners, designers, developers, facility manager and president of cooperative housing societies. The occupancy certificate should have been issued by the relevant authority between January 01, 2017 and August 31, 2021.
