The Scaling City Institutions for India (SCI-FI) initiative at the Centre for Policy Research (CPR) in partnership with the Property Rights Research Consortium (PRRC) and Omidyar Network India (ONI) is organising a policy dialogue on the Model Tenancy Act, 2021. 

The distinguished speakers at the event are: Anindita Mukherjee (Senior Researcher, CPR); Shilpa Kumar (Partner, ONI); Jayaprakash Padmanaban(Partner, Fox Mandal & Associates); Shalmoli Halder (Analyst, ONI). 

The panel discussion shall be moderated by Shubhagato Dasgupta (Senior Fellow, CPR). The expert panel comprises: Sriram Chitturi (President, Rental Housing Association of India); KP Krishnan (IEPF Chair Professor, NCAER); Suruchi Suri (Advocate, Delhi High Court), Arun Kumar Misra (Senior Advisor International Solar Alliance); Shaonlee Patranabis (PhD candidate, London School of Economics).
